A RAW snack- Raisin n' nut energy balls

Sometimes life is too hectic to bake up a batch of your favourite cookies, so that's why these fruit n' nut balls are the perfect healthy snack. They also fit into a 'Raw' diet as they require no cooking and are vegan.




What you need
dried fruits we used raisins
any type of nut- we used cashews and peanuts
A food processor or good blender

All you do is put the equal amounts of fruit and nut in the processor and blend, you can add a little water to help them stick together. Then use your hands to roll them in the coatings. We used cocoa, coconut and cinnamon (my fave!)

The possibilities are endless :)
