Tasty fast snacks

Sometimes you are craving something tasty but are short on time! Forget the pot noodles, these are some of my super fast snack recipes.

Microwave full English breakfast-
What you need:- Canned baked beans or spaghetti hoops, mushrooms, 2 eggs, 1/2 pieces of bread.
To make the mushrooms drizzle with olive oil or butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, pressed garlic and herbs then microwave to your satisfaction. Whisk eggs then scramble in the microwave, heat tinned product, then pile it all on toast and sprinkle with black pepper.

Cinnamon toast-
Mix butter/spread, and powdered cinnamon and spread onto toast, microwave to melt then sprinkle with brown sugar. For an alternative make cinnamon French toast by using eggs and frying, why not serve with bananas and yoghurt.

Fried jam sandwiches
This is not as easy as the others but makes a super makeshift dessert served with strawberries, cream and sugar, why not try fried marmalade or lemon curd sandwiches or even nutella or peanut butter sarnies!
Use thick bread to make a jam sandwich then dip in milk and fry! You could dip in eggs then flour and sugar for an alternative.

Milkshakes and smoothies
These are ultimate quick snacks, just grab milk, yoghurt or ice cream and fruit or chocolate bars and throw it all in a blender.  I like vanilla essence and banana, cool whip, blueberry and coconut, chocolate bars, cake or muller yoghurt in my smoothies.
For something new use apple yoghurt, golden syrup and cinnamon.
