150ml Maple syrup
2 large mashed bananas
1 puréed banana
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Melt the syrup and butter together on the stove, then add the bananas, followed by the dried fruit, then the oats, keep mixing it then put into a tray.
Bake In the oven for 10 mins until the tops turn slightly golden brown, mark slices and leave to harden before removing from tray.
The mix made several flapjacks, I cut mine into mini flapjacks for snacking but you could make bigger ones for desserts or giant ones for breakfast. The bananas make them sticky and chewy without the over sugared taste of golden syrup, the maple syrup is a whole new and delicious level of sweet.
