Super quick veggie sausage rolls

Homemade sos-rolls are the best- much better than the greasy types from highstreet bakeries. Sometimes time is really tight- We used Jus-Rol puff pastry and Granose Sausage mix with added garlic tomato puree, basil and oregano to make these delicious sausage rolls - perfect for picnics! Other variations are adding Marmite or your favourite yeast spread, wholegrain mustard, bbq sauce, wasabi, maple syrup, spinach or even spicy marmalade.
